It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of Eugene Finnan, Seven Oaks, Old Cork Road, Limerick and late of Wickham Street, Limerick and Ex Richmond R.F.C. and former Rugby player with Munster.

On March 5th 2026.

 

Beloved son of John (Junior) and Freda and adored brother of Barbara and Andrew.

 

Eugene will deeply missed and forever loved by his family, fiancée Julia, stepson Adam, son Richard, nieces Naomi and Ciara, nephews Adam and Alex, brother-in-law Matt, aunts Marie and Phyllis, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The death has occurred of Dermot O'Rourke

Late of Islington, London, UK and formerly of Garryowen and Glasgow Park, Limerick City, Limerick

It's with great sadness that we announce the death of Dermot O'Rourke. He passed away peacefully after a short illness at UCLH, London.

Sadly missed by his loving partner Estelita, son Ken, daughter Sandra, grandchildren, Michael, Kyle, Glen and Cayden, daughter-in-law Lyanne, Sandra's partner Michael and sisters Marie and Frances. Pre-deceased by father John, mother Mary and brothers Johnny, Jim, Desmond and Billy and former wife Geraldine.

Requiem Mass Wednesday 11th March at 11:00am at St Johns Cathedral followed by burial afterwards to Mount Saint Lawrence cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to Irish Cancer Society.
