When we keep coming to Jesus and feeding on his word, that word will shape our lives. It empowers us to live the kind of life that Saint Paul puts before us in the second reading, a life of love essentially, a life in which we love one another as Christ as loved us, forgive one another as readily as God forgives us. That, in essence, is our baptismal calling.

Those who believe that Jesus is the Bread of Life will never be hungry or thirsty.

Jesus has called each of us by our name, he has filled each of us with his Spirit and sends us out in his name; we are not alone.

The Month of June is dedicated to the Sacred Heart.

the Heart of Christ must be recognised as the heart of the Church

Let us not be afraid of what is being asked of us. Let us not be paralysed by our fear. Instead, let the words of Pope Francis encourage us, ‘go out again and again, without fear and proclaim the good news which is for all people’.
